Does QP provide training?

Our merchants experience special training of the gateway and reporting system by a QP technical support representative in order to learn and understand how to use the gateway and fraud technology, including all reporting tools.  In addition, every merchant is assigned a Client Relations Manager fully dedicated to all matters concerning his/her account.

What are the working hours of QP's client support department?

QP's technical support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
